1st of the month: challans generate themselves

Every enrolled student gets a challan on the date you set. Tuition, transport, exam fee, whatever heads you’ve configured. Sibling discounts and scholarships apply automatically. Print all challans for a class in one click, or let parents see them in the app.

Payment day: record it however it came in

Cash at the counter, bank deposit, JazzCash, Easypaisa. Full or partial. The receipt prints with the balance still owed. The parent’s app updates the moment you save.

After the due date: fines apply on their own

Set the fine per day once. The system applies it every night to unpaid challans. No clerk doing arithmetic on a calculator, and no argument about “who added this.”

Defaulters: one list, one tap

The owner and principal see every family with an outstanding balance, sorted by amount. Tap a family and a WhatsApp message opens with the name, amount and due date already typed. Send it or edit it first.

Month end: the audit log

Every fee edit, waiver, discount and deletion is recorded with who did it and when. Only the owner can see this log. If a balance changed, you can see exactly why.
