These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Janoon school management platform and website. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the service, the school and its authorised users agree to these Terms.
Accounts are provided to educational institutions and the staff they authorise. Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful school-management purposes, to enter accurate data, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other schools' data.
Paid plans are billed per active student on a monthly or annual basis as agreed at sign-up. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
Schools retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform. Janoon processes that data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, schools may export their data within a reasonable period.
We aim to keep the service available and secure and provide support according to the plan selected. We may perform maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Janoon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to help@janoon.pk.
